Cancellation and Refund Policy

Any changes or cancellations must be notified in writing to the Congress Organiser.

Refund of Registration Fees

Prior to 11 September 2009:
Cancellations will incur a penalty fee equal to 10% of the total amount paid.

Between the 11 September and 29 September 2009:
Cancellations will incur a penalty fee equal to 20% of the total amount paid.

After 29 September 2009:
Cancellations will not be refunded.

Transfers

Registration can be transferred to another member of your organisation with no penalty costs, however notice must be provided in writing to the Congress Organiser by close of business 12th October 2009 or the transfer will not be allowed, and there will be no refund in the event that a delegate does not attend the dates of their paid registration.
